Struggling With English, From Kindergarten to High School Graduation

It's getting close to high school graduation time. In California, English language learners are less likely to graduate than almost every other group: barely two-thirds of them make it. Surprisingly, about 80 percent of English learners in California high schools have been here for most of their school years.
