One of the issues in those state budget talks in Sacramento this week was health care for undocumented immigrants. And deportations from the U.S. to Mexico are causing a strain on mental health resources in Tijuana. KPBS Fronteras reporter Jean Guerrero met some of the deportees with mental health problems, and looked into their options for getting help.
