While basketball fans were celebrating the Golden State Warriors in Oakland Friday morning, the State Legislature was busy passing a new state budget, and they did it with plenty of time before the July 1st deadline. All of it coming after it looked for a while there like Jerry Brown and his fellow Democrats were on a collision course over spending. But then, a budget agreement. For a look at how it all went down and how they got to "yes" so quickly in Sacramento this week, we talk to John Myers, Senior Editor of KQED's California Politics and Government Desk.
