Firefighters continue to battle the Wragg Fire, which is burning across two counties in Northern California near Lake Berryessa. Fire crews were able to stall the spread of the fire Thursday, but over 100 homes remain evacuated. Last week in Southern California, firefighting efforts were delayed by a flock of drones.
