The Rocky Fire, still blazing in Lake County north of San Francisco, is currently 20 percent contained. Firefighters say they're making progress, thanks in part to a little rain Tuesday and the fact that firefighters and equipment have been brought in from across the state. There are now about 3,500 firefighters fighting the blaze.
