You may have seen John King's Chronicle column yesterday on the proposed design for the new Berkeley Art Museum/Pacific Film Archive building (BAM/PFA for those in the know) at 2120 Oxford Street. King calls the proposed 82,000-square foot facility "relatively modest" yet "not short on ambition."

Check out the BAM/PFA New Building Project web site for an FAQ on the project and some ginormous images.

The Chronicle has a good photo gallery, as does Curbed.
