California Governor Signs Physician-Assisted Suicide Bill Into Law

Terminally ill patients in California will have the right to obtain lethal medication to end their lives when and where they choose. Governor Jerry Brown signed the landmark legislation yesterday, legalizing physician-assisted suicide in California. The law will take effect next year.
