Saturday is Halloween, and for many of us that means handing out candy to cute little kids. But at least once or twice, the door bell rings and you get greeted by a pre-teen, or an all-out teenager. And you think, isn't this person too old to be trick-or-treating? But how old is too old? Youth Radio reporter Billy Cruz is 17 years old and has had the same question.
