A group of state senators will announce legislation Monday to address an ongoing natural gas leak in the northern San Fernando Valley. Meanwhile, air officials say they've made an agreement with Southern California Gas, the owner of the Aliso Canyon storage facility, to control leaking methane and odors. Over the weekend, that plan got a public hearing.
