After 22 years of false starts, the NFL is coming back to Los Angeles. On Tuesday, owners voted to allow the St. Louis Rams to move to Inglewood and play as the L.A. Rams next year. At the same time, two other cities -- San Diego and Oakland -- are waiting to see if one of their teams will join the Rams in L.A. in the near future.
