The massive natural gas leak continues near the Los Angeles neighborhood of Porter Ranch. Since it was first discovered in October, thousands of residents have been forced to relocate. State and federal officials are calling for action. And this week, the South Coast Air Quality Management District sued SoCalGas over the ongoing leak.
