Talk of the elections may be thick in the air, but in many areas of Los Angeles County people don't vote much. One of the lowest turnout areas is Watts in South Los Angeles. This year, we're partnering with KPCC, Capital Public Radio and KPBS to examine how the issues that matter to people are connecting them to civic involvement, or keeping them away.
