Silicon Valley's Indian Community Pushes to Reform H1B Visa Program

In our ongoing series Immigrant Shift, we're looking at how California's 6 million immigrant workers are shaping the state. In Silicon Valley, members of the growing Indian American community are pushing to change a controversial visa, the H1B. It's a temporary work permit for high skilled jobs, like computer engineering. Indians receive far more H1B's than people from any other country. But many believe the visa program has major problems.
