Will Central Valley Town's Latinos Lose Political Clout If Youth Don't Vote?

In the small Central Valley town of Lindsay, Latinos are now the majority -- in the population, and even in City Hall. But there's concern that the activism that helped sweep Latinos into power could be diminished by a generation of would-be Latino voters who are less politically engaged.
