Usually when journalists try to get into a prison to talk to inmates, they might only get a few minutes with a "model prisoner" under the watchful eye of the prison publicity folks. But what about spending seven years filming inside a California prison, and talking to pretty much anyone willing to go on camera? That's what a San Francisco filmmaker was able to do in Soledad prison in Monterey County. We talk with Noel Schwerin, the producer, director and editor of "In An Ideal World."
