Disability Agency Blasts Sonoma County Jail's Treatment of Mentally Ill
Today, KQED reporters Lisa Pickoff-White and Julie Small take us on a tour of Sonoma County's main detention center: the County Jail. The report was published by Disability Rights California, an advocacy group.
