About two years ago we introduced you to Jennifer Cruz. She's a teenage girl from El Salvador who made the dangerous journey to the U.S. alone to escape the extreme violence in her country. Hundreds of thousands of other so-called "unaccompanied minors" did the same thing. Jenni was lucky. She had an older sister in California named Yesenia. Federal immigration officials said even though she's undocumented, Jenni could stay with Yesenia while her case worked its way through immigration court. We find out if Jenni's any closer to winning legal status in this country.
