San Diego Police Arrest Suspect in Fatal Attacks on Homeless
San Diego Police have arrested a man suspected in string of attacks on the city's homeless. The attacks left two people dead and two others in critical condition. A tip led investigators to Anthony Alexander Padgett, 36, who was booked into jail Thursday night on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.
