In the 1980s, San Diego was known as the methamphetamine capital of the world. Since then, the problem has actually gotten worse. It's impacting hospital emergency rooms and crime is at all-time highs. In the first of two reports, Kenny Goldberg looks at how San Diego's meth problem is sending more county residents to the hospital, and to the morgue.
