In November, voters will have the chance to make California the fifth state to legalize recreational marijuana. Earlier this week, U.S. Senator Diane Feinstein came out against the proposition, in part, because it didn't include a DUI standard. Turns out, it's not as simple as taking a blood test or breathalyzer like they do with alcohol.
