Opening ceremonies of the 2016 Olympic summer games get underway later today in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Among the attendees is a delegation from Los Angeles including Mayor Eric Garcetti, who's hoping to bring the Olympic Games to Los Angeles in 2024. We spoke to the mayor about it from Rio.
