The International Olympic Committee recently voted to add surfing to the 2020 Tokyo Games. It's just by coincidence that late last year a world famous surfer announced he created the perfect human-made wave. At this point no one knows exactly how he did it -- or even where it was at first. We found the surfing site in the most unlikely of places.
