As you’re probably sick of hearing, health care prices keep going up. And in Northern California, people pay more for care than in Southern California. Economists say this is partly because the north has a dominant medical system, Sutter Health. It has about 30% of the market share of hospitals and doctors' offices. So Sutter has power to set prices. And that company's latest move could hit some families in the pocketbook even more.
