New California ITT Tech Students Can Seek Loan Forgiveness
ITT Technical Institutes is shutting down its campuses nationwide. The U.S Department of Education said they wouldn't pay for loans to ITT tech last week citing consumer concerns. The California Department of Consumer Affairs says students enrolled after April 25 can apply for loan forgiveness.
