Somewhere off California's central coast, a lone ship operated by Hanjin is floating. Hanjin is the Korean shipping company that's filed for bankruptcy protection. Although it's not clear how that bankruptcy will affect California businesses, problems in the industry were as easy to see as a lone lighthouse on a clear night.
