Asian-Americans make up nearly 15 percent of California's population, yet they're often ignored in political polling. That of course has a cascading effect: if they're not surveyed in polling, they're not heard by those running for political office. Research released today by the liberal Ballot Initiative Strategy Center shows California's Asian-Americans want to be counted.
