Imagine a dark and stormy night on the California coast. Boulders tumble from the sky. White-knuckled drivers pass from Santa Cruz to San Francisco on a windy road so treacherous that they call it "Devil's Slide." Well, that's the way it used to be. Highway 1 now bypasses Devil's Slide, and goes through a pair of well-fortified tunnels. And the old highway was transformed into a beautiful walking path with ocean views. For our "My Spot" series, we took a stroll out there with a local resident.
