Immigrants Who Came to U.S. as Children Fear Deportation Under Trump
In California, nearly a quarter million undocumented young people brought to the U.S. as children have been working here legally and living without fear of deportation. They are a third of all the people who have registered for an Obama administration program called Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, commonly known as DACA. But President-elect Donald Trump's pledge to abolish the program is sending waves of fear in the DACA community.
