Tahoe Residents Forced Out by High Costs, 'The Airbnb Effect'

In and around Lake Tahoe, housing costs are going through the roof. Of course, that's the case for all of California -- but what makes the situation in Tahoe interesting, is that the people driving up the cost of local housing don't actually live there.
