Three school districts in California allow some staff to carry guns on campus. But now officials in Kern County, the largest high school district in the state, say teachers can bring a weapon in the classroom if they have a permit to carry a concealed weapon. Also, the gun can not be loaded. So why does Kern County say it's cool if adults bring guns to school?
