'Right to Try' Law for Terminally Ill Patients Takes Effect

This month, a new law will remove some obstacles for California patients who are dying and want to try experimental drugs.
It's part of a national movement called the Right to Try, and California joins dozens of states that have passed similar laws in the past few years.
