There's also a group of high school musicians, singers and dancers from San Diego heading to Washington next week. They're performing at a special inaugural luncheon to highlight California's role on the national stage. It's a non-partisan event put on by the California State Society. We dropped in at a rehearsal with kids from the San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts, or SCPA.
