White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer announced the Pacific Rim Trade Deal, known as the Trans Pacific Partnership, is dead. On the campaign trail, President Trump promised to kill the deal, so it's not a surprise. That doesn't mean it's easier for California's agricultural sector to swallow. Because, according to California Farm Bureau President Paul Wenger, California farmers want access to Asia's growing middle class markets.
