Some of it will be an invisible wall made up of extra border patrol agents and surveillance technology. No one suggests there won't be gaps. Enrique Morones says it's not really about keeping people out. The wall is, instead, just a symbol. Morones runs Border Angels, a group that leaves water and supplies in the desert for people trying to cross.
