California Democrats Counter Trump's Threat to Defund the State

We begin in San Francisco where this afternoon the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will hear arguments about President Trump's travel ban. The dramatic hearing comes after the 9th Circuit denied an emergency request by the Department of Justice to lift the hold on the president's temporary immigration and travel restrictions. California Attorney General Xavier Becerra is joining 15 other attorney generals from across the nation opposed to President Trump's executive order banning travel to the U.S. from seven Muslim-majority countries.
