California congressmembers are holding town hall meetings around the state this week while Congress is in recess. San Diego representative Darrell Issa didn't have any town halls scheduled. But yesterday supporters and protesters lined up on opposite sides of the street outside of his office in Vista, and, suddenly, Issa emerged from his office and answered questions.
