We begin in the town of French Camp, where former the Mayor of Stockton, Anthony Silva, is in jail. Bail has been set at one million dollars. The 42 year old Republican was charged with embezzlement and money laundering. Less than six months ago, Silva was charged with child endangerment and recording a strip poker game with teenagers on his iPhone.
