We just passed the halfway point of President Trump's first 100 days in office. And we thought it would be a good time to check in with some folks in rural California -- farmers and ranchers. An Unusual Friendship That Began at the Grocery Store
Our partnership with the Henry Madden Library at Fresno State and StoryCorps continues with a conversation partly in American Sign Language. It's between Armando Rivera, who is deaf, and his friend, Paul Barnett. They met by chance at a grocery store in the early 1980s. Armando taught Paul how to sign. They've been friends ever since.
