The House Intelligence Committee spent five-and-a-half hours Monday examining Russia's efforts to hurt Hillary Clinton's chances in the November presidential election -- and whether the Trump campaign did anything to help. The Committee is chaired by Central Valley Republican Devin Nunes -- and three other Californians, all Democrats, are also on it, including San Mateo representative Jackie Speier.
