After a four-day visit to the nation's capital, Gov. Jerry Brown is heading back to California. Brown met with both California's Democratic and Republican congressional delegations Tuesday, and said he was "cautiously optimistic" that common ground could be found. Among the people Brown met with is Los Angeles Congressman Adam Schiff, the ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee. We spoke with Schiff about the ongoing investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.
