Rural California Counties Could Be Hit Hard Under Obamacare Repeal

Repeal and Replace. You've heard those words often recently as Congressional Republicans look to end the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare. But before the GOP repeals and replaces, it looks like they first have to rewind. Republicans have delayed a vote on their repeal and replace bill as it doesn't have the votes to pass, in part because the replacement is projected to hurt the very people that swept the Republicans -- and Donald Trump -- into power. That includes the 25 California counties that voted for him.
