Senator Feinstein joined the rest of her Democratic colleagues on the Judiciary Committee in voting against the nomination of Judge Neil Gorsuch to the U.S. Supreme Court. Feinstein said she's disturbed by Gorsuch's role in the Justice Department under President George W. Bush in which she said Gorsuch appeared to justify the torture of detainees.
