It's looking like another bleak season ahead for Northern California salmon, including around the Klamath River, near the Oregon border. Federal fishery managers are meeting in Sacramento to set quotas on this season's catch. Commercial boats and tribal interests along the Klamath say limits on the catch will be devastating.
