Lately most of the talk out of Washington is about getting tougher on immigration. A group of senators is trying to change that. California's Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris were among the lawmakers who put forward a bill yesterday that would protect farmworkers from deportation and give them a path to citizenship.
