Due to "alarming increases" of COVID-19 infections, 41 of California's 58 counties will now be in the most restrictive "purple" tier of reopening, Gov. Gavin Newsom announced on Monday.
On the bright side, we seem to be closer to a vaccine ... and for now you can still visit real fall colors that come with plenty of social distancing.
