Three California Cities Take on Homelessness

We look at homeless initiatives in three California cities. Lancaster is seeking to ban the distribution of food to the homeless. Oakland is looking at possibly housing the homeless on a cruise ship. San Francisco is opening up its first parking lot for those living in their cars.
