L.A. Courts Dismiss Millions Of Minor Citations

Officials in Los Angeles are asking the courts there to dismiss almost 2 million minor citations and warrants. They say the move would go a long way toward unclogging the court system while throwing a lifeline to L.A.’s poorest residents.
