Voters Defeat Parcel Tax to Fund LA Schools

In Los Angeles, the results are in from Tuesday's vote on a parcel tax, meant to help fund L.A. Unified schools. Voters defeated Measure EE, which means district leaders will need to find a new way to pay for the deal that ended the teachers strike.
