California Regulators to Vote on Utilities' Wildfire Plan
California regulators will vote Thursday on plans by the state’s three large utilities to reduce the risk of catastrophic wildfires. The California Public Utilities Commission is expected to approve the plans, which include a controversial move to shut off power lines to prevent fires.
