More neighborhoods were evacuated Tuesday when the Angora Fire in South Lake Tahoe jumped a fire line. The turn of events contrasted with earlier predictions from fire officials who had said that winds were slacking off, allowing them to get more control of the fire that has burned more than 2,700 acres and destroyed at least 200 structures.
